Job summary

PLUS Communications seeks a Business Systems & Operations Manager to optimize IT infrastructure and operations. You will oversee technical support, systems administration, and business initiatives to improve efficiency and security.

Responsibilities include maintaining reliability, guiding staff with technical solutions, and collaborating with leadership on IT improvements. A hybrid, in-office role with a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Provide technical assistance and support for IT requests across systems, software, hardware, and access.
• Lead IT orientation for new employees and manage offboarding of assets and accounts.
• Set up and support AV systems in conference rooms and client meetings.
• Support hardware and software enhancement projects and troubleshoot issues.
• Serve as primary internal contact between PLUS and parent IT teams for compliance.
• Provide ad hoc operational support across the organization as needed.
