Job summary

Prosum is seeking an IT Support Technician for Calabasas Hills (Hybrid) to provide first- and second-level support across multiple locations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, install and configure systems, and maintain POS and business applications critical to daily operations.

You will document resolutions, assist with account provisioning, and participate in maintaining system reliability and knowledge base articles for the team.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in IT service/help desk support.
• Experience with Windows 7/10 or later.
• Active Directory user and group management experience.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support for multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues; install/upgrade software.
• Configure new user accounts and domain access; image new workstations.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
