CSBA is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to deliver advanced technical support for staff and clients, manage server and network administration, and drive IT projects. You’ll respond to tickets with a focus on rapid resolution, maintain AD and Exchange, and improve service performance in a hybrid West Sacramento setting.

The role requires 3–5 years of Windows-based network experience, SCCM/ITIL familiarity, and strong customer service skills. Occasional overtime and peak-period coverage apply.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field plus 3–5 years supporting Windows networks and AD.
• Experience with SCCM, ITIL, CCNA is preferred.

Mansioni
