Team Select Home Care is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the infrastructure team responsible for cloud-based and hyperconverged on-premises systems, servers, networks, and integrations. This hands-on working manager role combines leadership with escalations, implementations, integrations, and critical infra operations.

Reporting to the Director of IT, you will guide design, deployment, maintenance, and security of enterprise infrastructure, mentor staff, coordinate projects, and

Competenze

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure (cloud-based and on-premises).
• Experience with Windows Server, Azure, 365, networking, Nutanix virtualization, and backup solutions.
• Experience with PowerShell, automation, scripting, and SQL Server administration preferred.
• Healthcare/HIPAA-regulated environment experience preferred; relevant certifications encouraged.

• Provide technical direction, coach team members, and support performance management.
• Oversee design, implementation, maintenance, and support of enterprise infrastructure for reliability, security, and scalability.
• Serve as hands-on escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and technology refreshes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to support operations.
• Manage monitoring, patching, backups, disaster recovery, and documentation.
