You will manage a technical team, oversee networks and enterprise apps, and drive disaster recovery and security improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field.
• Experience in medium to large IT environments.

• Ability to perform deep root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations across infrastructure, applications, support, security, and compliance.
• Manage and mentor a skilled technical team while providing hands-on guidance.
• Oversee networks, systems, enterprise applications, procurement, licensing, and renewals.
• Drive security posture improvements, disaster recovery planning, and process optimization.
• Lead compliance initiatives including CMMC, ISO, governance, and internal IT policies.
• Partner cross-functionally to recommend and deliver scalable technology solutions.
