Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Technology Infrastructure to lead strategy, delivery, security, reliability, and continuous improvement of the enterprise infrastructure. You will manage cloud and on‑prem environments, including data centers, backup and recovery, and end‑user technology services, and build a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, Veeam, Linux, PDQ or VMware.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or comparable cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure.
Experience supporting regulated environments (life sciences, healthcare).
10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments, operations, engineering, or service delivery.
5+ years in a people-management role. Talent development and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of networking, compute, storage, virtualization, identity/access management, enterprise collaboration, backup/recovery, monitoring, endpoint management, and automation.
Experience leading IT service management and complex infrastructure transformations.
Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, contracts & external providers.
Strategic thinking and disciplined execution.
Customer and business orientation.

Clear communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure strategy: Develop multi-year roadmap aligned with priorities, architecture, cybersecurity, and financial objectives.
Service ownership: Ensure availability, performance, and supportability of cloud, network, server, storage, identity, collaboration, backup, and endpoint services.
Operational excellence: Establish SLAs, metrics, monitoring, incident response, change management, and capacity planning.
Cybersecurity and compliance: Implement controls, remediate vulnerabilities, support audits, and maintain secure configurations.
Cloud and modernization: Lead cloud adoption, automation, standardization, debt reduction, and cost optimization.
Business continuity: Maintain tested backup, DR, and recovery objectives; coordinate exercises and remediation.
People leadership: Hire, coach, develop, and retain staff; set objectives and accountability.
Financial and vendor management: Own budgets, contracts, licensing, and supplier performance; optimize TCO.
Governance and documentation: Maintain standards, architecture docs, support models, inventories, decision records.
Escalation leadership: Coordinate during critical incidents, drive RCAs and corrective actions.
