Haemonetics Interventional Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Technology Infrastructure to lead strategy, delivery, security, and reliability of enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on‑premises environments.

You will build a multi‑year roadmap, own service delivery, drive cybersecurity controls, manage budgets and vendors, and mentor a high‑performing team in a hybrid work setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure across cloud and on‑premises.
• Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, Veeam, Linux, PDQ or VMware.

• Develop and execute a multi‑year infrastructure roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of cloud, network, server, storage and end‑user services.
• Lead cyber security controls, audits, and compliance activities.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and vendor performance; drive cost optimization.
