Eagle Analytical Services is seeking an IT Systems & Infrastructure Manager to lead our hybrid IT environment, spanning on-premises and cloud platforms. You will drive reliability, security, and performance across enterprise systems while guiding a technical team and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include overseeing Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, virtualization, networking, security tooling, backups, and disaster recovery. A strategic, hands-on leader is essential.

Formación

• 12+ years in IT infrastructure/administration roles.
• Experience leading IT infrastructure teams.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and enterprise directory services.
• Experience with virtualization, hybrid infrastructure, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with networking (LAN/WAN), VPNs, and firewalls.
• Experience supporting VOIP/telephony systems.
• Proven ability to align IT operations with business goals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and manage IT coordinators and support technicians.
• Oversee on-call rotation and weekend maintenance windows.
• Ensure alignment between IT operations and corporate objectives.
• Manage on-premises and hybrid infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud systems.
• Oversee Windows Server environments including AD, DNS, and DHCP.
• Ensure high availability and security across networks and core systems.
• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies for scalability and resilience.
