Job summary

Haemonetics Corp seeks a Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure to lead strategy, delivery, security, and reliability of enterprise infrastructure services. You will manage cloud and on-prem environments, drive modernization, and develop a high-performing team.

The role requires 10+ years in IT infrastructure, 5+ years in people management, and strong collaboration with security, data, and facilities teams. Hybrid work model in a US-based location is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Certifications: ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, Veeam, Linux, PDQ or VMware.
• Experience with Azure, AWS or equivalents and hybrid infrastructure.
• Experience in regulated environments (life sciences/healthcare).
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure across cloud/on-premises.
• 5+ years in people management and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of networking, compute, storage, IAM, backup/recovery, monitoring, and automation.
• Experience leading IT service management and complex transformations.
• Proven budgets, forecasts, contracts and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year infrastructure roadmap aligned with strategy and cybersecurity.
• Ensure availability and performance of cloud, on-prem, and data-center services.
• Establish SLAs, metrics, monitoring, incident response, and change management.
• Lead cloud adoption, automation, modernization, and cost optimization.
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities.
• Hire, coach, develop, and retain infrastructure staff.
• Own budgets, forecasts, licensing, and asset lifecycle.
• Communicate health, risks, and investments to leaders across teams.
• Maintain standards, architecture docs, and support models.
