Job summary

Bioventus LLC seeks a Manager, IT Infrastructure to lead the enterprise infrastructure services, including hybrid cloud, networks, compute, data center, backup/recovery, and identity systems. You will drive modernization, security controls, and governance in collaboration with IT Operations, IT Security, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• 5 years of experience leading and managing IT infrastructure, people and projects
• 5 years of hands-on technical experience in IT systems administration
• Professional certifications in required technical areas is highly preferred
• Working knowledge of IT architecture and IT governance
• Strong team leadership skills: coaching and development

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability, scalability, security, and resiliency of hybrid infrastructure platforms
• Own infrastructure lifecycle planning: patching, upgrades, capacity, end-of-life
• Ensure IT service management practices including incident, problem, change, asset, configuration, and request management
• Maintain monitoring, runbooks, escalation procedures, and service performance measures
• Lead and develop staff, plan workloads, conduct performance cycles
• Partner with IT Security to implement infrastructure security controls and incident response
• Manage vendors and Managed Services providers, contracts, and renewal planning
• Develop disaster recovery, business continuity, and cyber-resilience for infrastructure services
• Maintain documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and change records
• Provide consulting on Business Continuity Planning to business areas
