Responsibilities

• Handle incoming IT tickets with triage and resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and account issues across Windows, M365.
• Configure identity and access management in AD/Entra ID.
• Support device imaging, patch management, and configurations.
• Provide hands-on desktop fixes and remote-user support.
