Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring an IT Service Desk Technician for a contract role in Salem, OR. You will support 1800+ end users across multiple agencies, handling high-volume tickets, triage, and ticket resolution in a Windows/MS 365 environment using Ivanti.

The ideal candidate has 2-4+ years of Tier 1/2 helpdesk experience, strong customer service skills, and a quick learning aptitude. Remote tickets, calls, and some in-person help will be part of the day-to-day.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of Tier 1 & 2 helpdesk and desktop support experience
• Experience with a Windows environment and MS365
• Experience with Ivanti ticketing system
• Beyond Trust Remote Support is a plus
• Strong customer service experience
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learner

Responsibilities

• Support 1800+ end users across multiple agencies
• Handle high volume tickets, triage and process tickets
• Work within a Windows environment and MS 365, using Ivanti ticketing system
• Handle remote tickets, phone calls, and some in person walk ups for IT support
