Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Hybrid Remote IT Helpdesk Support in Salem, OR to assist 1800+ end users across multiple agencies. The role handles high-volume tickets, triage, and resolution within a Windows/MS365 environment using Ivanti, including remote tickets, phone support, and occasional in-person visits.

The ideal candidate has 2-4+ years in Tier 1/2 helpdesk, strong customer service, and is a quick learner with an ability to navigate workflows and system constraints.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of Tier 1 & 2 helpdesk and desktop support experience
• Experience with a Windows environment and MS365
• Experience with Ivanti ticketing system
• Beyond Trust Remote Support is a plus
• Strong customer service experience
• Fast learner with ability to understand workflow constraints

Responsibilities

• Support 1800+ end users across multiple agencies
• Handle high-volume tickets, triage and process tickets
• Work within a Windows environment and MS 365 using Ivanti ticketing system
• Handle remote tickets, phone calls, and some in-person walk-ups for IT support
