Job summary

FIT Solutions is seeking an Engineer in Denver, CO for a hybrid role. You will join a performance-oriented culture, supporting dozens of clients with exposure to varied environments and projects.

The position emphasizes proactive engineering, best-in-class service, and ongoing professional development in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and networking. 50% travel possible to client sites.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting and administering Windows Server environments (2016–2022).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, Teams).
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, PowerShell.
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Networking familiarity: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls; endpoint support; PSA/RMM usage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing client relationships through proactive engineering and problem-solving to generate revenue.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service to uphold raving fan culture.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical problems onsite or remotely.
• Provide timely resolutions of system and application issues; document solutions.
• Assist in documentation and training to improve client experience.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide desk engineering services.
