Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS.
• 3-5 years in IT infrastructure engineering and systems administration.
• Hands-on with Cisco Meraki hardware, Hyper-V virtualization, and AWS.
• Proficient with Windows Server and Linux, patching, hardening, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support hybrid infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud.
• Manage Hyper-V hosts, clustered VMs, and cross-site replication.
• Build and manage AWS workloads (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC).
• Maintain backup/disaster recovery and validate restores.
• Provide onsite Helpdesk support and assist local users.
