FIT Solutions, LLC invites an Engineer to join a performance-driven, client-focused IT services team in a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL. You will support diverse environments, manage Windows Server and Microsoft 365, and contribute to network and security tasks while delivering best-in-class service.

You'll collaborate across teams on client projects, participate in on-call rotations, and pursue professional development through certifications and training in a fast-paced, results-driven

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands-on with AD, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell and security practices.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix) and cloud (Azure/AWS).
• Knowledge of networking and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships through proactive engineering and problem solving.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to uphold raving fan culture.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems onsite and remote.
• Provide timely resolutions of system and application issues.
• Assist in documentation and training to improve client experience.
• Install, configure, and maintain network elements and computer systems.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide desk engineering support.
