Job summary

OSF HealthCare seeks an IT Clinical Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 support for clinical applications and technology services used by internal and external clients. You will troubleshoot, document, investigate, and resolve routine cases and incidents, ensuring issues are prioritized and escalated when needed.

This role supports safe, efficient patient care with strong customer service, in a hybrid work setting with one remote day per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of IT support, service desk, healthcare operations, clinical support, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient with Microsoft software; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for clinical applications and technology services used by internal and external clients.
• Troubleshoot, document, investigate, and resolve routine cases affecting clinical workflows; escalate when necessary.
• Maintain high level of customer service and contribute to safe, efficient patient care.
