Job summary

TalentBridge seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, applications, and connectivity issues for staff, patients, and visitors, ensuring minimal downtime.

The role includes 1st shift duties, on-site support for the first 6 months, transitioning to a hybrid schedule with remote work days after conversion.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ certification is required.
• 2+ years of IT support/help desk experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Windows, and remote support tools.
• Detail-oriented team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows, iOS, Android, Citrix, Epic, and SCCM.
• Manage 35-40 tickets daily through ServiceNow.
• Provide remote technical support using SCCM.
• Document, resolve, and escalate issues as needed.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused IT support.
