Job summary

Revere Health in Utah is seeking an Application Support Specialist to implement and support clinical and ancillary systems under senior guidance. You will liaise between clinical staff and Clinical Applications, coordinate with IT teams, and help optimize workflows to improve patient care.

You will handle trouble tickets, perform installations, and participate in projects, with hybrid in-office schedule 2x per week. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of work experience in Application/Software support in a clinical setting.
• Experience in a healthcare environment is required.
• Preference for degree in healthcare, adult education or information management.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer, and support assigned systems under the guidance of senior team members.
• Coordinate application support with other information technology teams.
• Provide Tier II support for multiple high-volume software systems during business hours, after hours, and weekends when necessary.
• Assist in documentation of workflows, configure and/or build activities, change management adherence, end user notifications, training information and status reporting.
• Assist with educational initiatives in clinical application utilization and data reporting.
