CJ Logistics America is seeking a Customer Operations Analyst to align customer expectations with operational performance. You will identify opportunities to improve service, reduce costs, and manage promotions and events, delivering detailed reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in transportation, logistics, or service-related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend improvements to service processes using data and feedback to optimize delivery.
• Analyze carrier and consignee performance, volume spikes, and KPIs with CJ Logistics reporting tools.
• Respond promptly to customer requests for information and support.
• Oversee execution of customer promotions, major events, and new initiatives; track progress on commitments.
• Facilitate regular customer meetings and maintain action item registers.
