Job summary

GVMonitoring is seeking a Poland Accounting Controller to lead and develop its international accounting operations, including IFRS/US GAAP considerations. The role will supervise a team of 10 and partner with global leaders to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive accounting expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to operate across geographies with high ambiguity. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelors, Masters or MBA degree in Finance is an advantage.
• Professional Accounting Qualification CPA or equivalent.
• 10+ years of related practical experience.
• Significant managerial experience and demonstrated leadership.
• Ability to work across organizations and geographies with tolerance for ambiguity.
• Experience with US GAAP and consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Poland Accounting Operations and processes.
• Manage a team of 10 and influence global stakeholders.
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness of accounting processes.
• Partner with International Accounting staff to support CAO objectives.
