Job summary

Sectigo is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead global accounting operations from our Scottsdale area office. You will manage monthly closes, ensure GAAP compliance, and work with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and HR to drive accurate reporting.

The role combines technical accounting with operational leadership in a high-growth, global environment. It requires strong GAAP knowledge, audit coordination, and experience leading accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• CPA required.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 3+ years leading accounting teams in a global or multinational organization.
• Experience with NetSuite and reporting/consolidation platforms is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany, and consolidation.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate internal controls and audit activities with external auditors.
