The successful candidate will have 10+ years in accounting, CPA certification, and proven leadership in a multinational professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in accounting/financial management with 5+ years in controller or senior role.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee global accounting functions across 40+ offices.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports in compliance with local statutory standards.
• Lead internal controls development and risk management frameworks.
• Manage annual external audit process and liaison with auditors.
• Drive accounting policies, process improvements, and system optimizations.
• Collaborate with CFO and leaders on planning, analysis, and forecasting.
