Job summary

Hoxton Circle is seeking a Global Controller to lead its worldwide accounting organization. You will oversee a ~15-person team and drive financial reporting, consolidation, and strategy in a multinational manufacturing environment.

The role partners with senior Finance leaders, drives ERP transformation, and will influence investment decisions and M&A activity. CPA or MBA is required, with strong leadership across diverse geographies.

Qualifications

• Extensive accounting and finance leadership in a global organization.
• Proven ability to consolidate multi-entity, multi-currency results.
• Experience partnering with CFO and senior leaders on strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting and financial reporting across US and international ops.
• Own monthly/quarterly consolidated reporting for a complex, multi-entity structure.
• Partner with CFO on long-term financial strategy and broader Finance initiatives.
• Direct a team of about 15 including an Assistant Controller, across several countries.
• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, inventory and capital investment planning.
• Manage global statutory reporting and compliance across entities.
• Oversee external audit relationships and internal controls environment.
• Lead transfer pricing and related compliance globally.
• Support ERP transformation and technology investments.
