• Active LPC, LSW, or MFT licensure or license exam eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients for level of care and trauma history.
• Identify risk to children and family dynamics.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Schedule and conduct therapy with individuals and families.
• Maintain timely progress notes and discharge planning.
