The Buckeye Ranch seeks an Intensive Home-Based Counselor/Social Worker to empower youth and families in our IHBT program. You will assess trauma histories, engage families, and tailor interventions within a community-based setting.

Responsibilities include conducting sessions, coordinating with the treatment team, managing crises, and ensuring accessibility for families, including evening appointments. Ohio licensure is required, and prior clinical supervision is valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field; master's degree preferred.
• ,
• Active Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT license.
• Experience as Social Worker/Counselor/Clinician preferred.
• Active Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Aufgaben

• Identify trauma, adversity, or toxic stress affecting youth and family dynamics.
• Identify cultural factors influencing strengths and family interaction styles for treatment.
• Adapt services to language, culture, and preferences of clients and families.
• Engage caregivers and key participants to enable change and referrals as needed.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
• Conduct therapeutic counseling sessions with individuals, families, and treatment teams, including evenings.
• Manage crisis situations with direct client intervention and documentation.
