Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking Insurance Sales Agents to identify client needs and offer personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products. You will build and maintain carrier relationships and generate leads through referrals from realtors, lenders and AAA members.

The role offers a base compensation of $45,000 per year with uncapped commissions and an annual earning potential of $60,000–$85,000 in the first year, plus growth opportunities and incentive trips.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales environment with metrics focus.
• Active Property & Casualty license; Life license preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and carrier/rater platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Sell personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with carriers and underwriters; liaise with clients and insurer.
• Develop leads through referrals from realtors, lenders, dealers, bankers and AAA members.
