Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking Insurance Sales Agents in a hybrid role based in Ohio. You will identify customer needs, offer an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products, and develop your own leads through referrals from realtors, mortgage lenders, car dealers, and AAA member referrals.

The base compensation is $45,000/year with uncapped commission and year-one earning potential of $60,000–$85,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
• Active Property & Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, acting as liaison between client and insurer.
• Must be able to develop your own leads through referrals from various sources.
