Job summary

AAA Club Alliance seeks an Insurance Sales Agent in Cincinnati. The role focuses on identifying customer needs and recommending personal lines, small business and life products; building relationships with insurers and underwriters; and generating leads through referrals from realtors, mortgage lenders and AAA members.

The position is in-office, requires commutable distance to Cincinnati offices, and offers base pay plus uncapped commissions with potential first-year earnings of $60,000–$85,000

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with metrics-based results.
• Active Property & Casualty license; Life license preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurers and act as liaison to clients.
• Develop own leads through referrals from realtors, lenders, dealerships and members.
