Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Annapolis, MD seeks Insurance Sales Agents to identify client needs and offer personal lines, small commercial and life products. This in-office role provides a base of $45,000–$50,000 with uncapped commission and a forecasted first-year earning of $60,000–$85,000, plus trips and incentives.

The role involves building your book, cultivating carrier relationships, and using Salesforce for inbound leads. Onboarding is 4 weeks with 1:1 coaching to ramp up quickly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience meeting set metrics.
• Must be able to develop own leads through referrals and networking.
• Active Property & Casualty license and Life license preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Develop your own leads through referrals, networking, and AAA member referrals.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance representatives and underwriters, and act as liaison between client and insurer.
• Must be able to develop your own leads through various channels, including realtors, lenders, dealerships, and businesses.
