This role offers 100K+ earning potential with uncapped commissions, paid training, licensing, and generous benefits including paid vacation and retirement plans. You must be an effective communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to qualify for a Life Insurance

Qualifications

• Must be an effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Computer experience and good organizational skills required.
• Self-motivated and committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• High School Diploma required; College Degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Competitive sales drive to meet monthly goals.
• Prior insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Make daily warm sales calls from our large membership database.
• Engage with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identify the financial needs of our members and translate the importance and benefits of Life Insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.
