Job summary
AAA Club Alliance in Hamilton, OH is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to identify customer needs and match them with personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products. This in-office role offers a base salary of $45,000 with uncapped commissions and the potential to earn $60,000–$85,000 in the first year.
Top performers may qualify for annual sales trips and other incentives. You will build your book, develop leads, and work with Salesforce, EPIC, and multiple carriers to support
Qualifications
- This is an in-office position.
- Candidates must reside within commuting distance to Hamilton, OH.
- 2+ years of sales experience meeting set metrics.
- Experience networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
- Active Property & Casualty License and Life License preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platforms preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters.
- Develop your own leads through referrals from realtors, lenders, dealerships, businesses, and AAA members.
