Howden is hiring a Client Service Manager in Charlotte, NC, with a hybrid work schedule. You will lead the Client Service team through onboarding, renewals, certificates, and documentation, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to standards.

You will coach staff, optimize workflows, and drive automation and continuous improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and carrier partners will be key to delivering high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field.
• 5+ years in insurance client service or operations, including 2+ years in team leadership.
• Experience leading offshore teams is a plus.
• Strong understanding of policy documentation, billing workflows, and renewals.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a client-service orientation.
• Experience driving automation and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Client Service team across onboarding to renewal.
• Coach the team to ensure timely, accurate deliverables and high service levels.
• Standardize processes and drive automation to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Verticals, carriers, and internal teams to meet client needs.
