Howden is seeking a Claims Administration Representative in Costa Mesa, CA or Charlotte, NC with a hybrid work schedule. You will handle FNOL entry, process claims, maintain records, and coordinate with carriers and offshore partners while supporting west coast clients.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and collaboration across the Claims Operations team, with a shift to 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST to accommodate West Coast clients.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of insurance claims handling experience, preferably within a brokerage or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, policy coverage, and the end-to-end claims lifecycle.
• Ability to independently manage a portfolio of claims in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills to identify trends and risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with cross-functional collaboration.

• Review, validate, and process FNOL submissions accurately and per procedures.
• Provide timely support for claim inquiries, delivering high service standards.
• Maintain complete, up-to-date claim files for compliance and audits.
• Monitor claim activity, milestones, and prepare status reports on trends.
• Coordinate with adjusters, carriers, brokers, and internal teams to progress claims.
