Howden seeks a Billing Relationship Associate in Charlotte, NC with a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities include supporting US billing activities, coordinating payments, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in client and carrier invoicing.

The role collaborates with account management and accounting teams to align payment terms, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong financial controls. Requires 2+ years in billing/insurance operations and SOX familiarity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of billing, accounting, or insurance operations experience.
• Familiarity with insurance billing practices, fee agreements, and premium financing preferred.
• Knowledge of SOX controls or financial compliance processes a plus

Responsabilidades

• Invoice management: Request, review, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of client and carrier invoices.
• Financial coordination & compliance: Align with accounting to confirm carrier payment terms and ensure smooth payment processing.
• Premium finance & audit support: Review carrier audits for accuracy and assist with corrective actions as needed
