Gallagher’s Brookfield, Wisconsin office is seeking a Billing Representative for a hybrid role. You will review enrollment applications, process terminations and changes, and prepare premium statements for groups based on policy coverages.

Under supervision, you’ll reconcile payments, respond to inquiries, verify eligibility, and update census data while meeting deadlines. A math/accounting-focused degree and MS Office proficiency help you thrive in this fast-paced insurance environment.

Qualifications

• College degree with emphasis in math/accounting coursework is desired.
• Two years of professional experience in enrollment/premium billing in insurance is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Review enrollment applications, terminations, and changes.
• Prepare premium statements monthly for groups based on coverages.
• Reconcile premium payments and input data into software.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email professionally.
