Job summary

Gallagher in Brookfield, WI is seeking an Account Coordinator to support a dynamic sales team in delivering employee benefits solutions. This hybrid role partners with Sales Representatives, Account Representatives, and underwriting teams to coordinate carrier quotes and timely proposals.

You will prepare benefit comparisons, maintain proposal timelines, and support strategy with accurate data and compelling materials. Strong organization and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee benefits, insurance, underwriting support, sales support, account management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of employee benefit products including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental offerings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee benefits proposals, marketing materials, and bid processes from initial request to final submission.
• Prepare bid specifications for existing clients and review information for new opportunities.
• Act as a primary contact between sales teams, carriers, general agents, underwriting partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely proposal delivery.
• Compile census data, claims experience, questionnaires, bid specs, and other documents for carrier partners.
• Track proposal activity and obtain quotes, illustrations, underwriting requirements, and supporting materials.
• Review carrier proposals and create side-by-side comparisons to support sales strategy.
