Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of administrative experience involving analysis, interpretation, and application of policies and procedures.
• Experience in academic personnel, faculty affairs, human resources, budget administration, or related administrative area.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including analyzing and reconciling complex financial, workload, and personnel data.
• Experience administering faculty and academic student employee appointment processes in higher education.
• Experience with workload, compensation, instructional resources, or academic personnel processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the faculty appointment processes to staff courses on time.
• Analyze instructional budgets, faculty workload, compensation, appointments, FTEF, headcount, and other resource data.
• Coordinate employment processes for Teaching Associates, Graduate Assistants, and other academic student employees.
• Interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements, university policies, and administrative requirements; provide guidance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to college-wide projects and initiatives.
