Job summary

Working in the Dean’s Office, this role connects people, data, policy, and resources to help staff courses, administer instructional budgets, and manage academic student employment processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with academic personnel processes and budgets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate faculty appointment processes to staff courses on time.
• Analyze instructional budgets, workload, compensation, and related data.
• Coordinate employment processes for Teaching Associates and Graduate Assistants.
• Interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements and university policies.
• Identify process improvements and support college initiatives.
