Qualifications

4 years of recent experience designing and delivering Learning Development solutions.

Responsibilities

Conducts training needs analysis and partners with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and learning solutions.
Designs, develops, delivers and maintains instructor-led, virtual, e-learning and web-based materials using adult learning principles.
Creates training materials, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, videos, process docs, and performance support tools.
Administers, maintains, and enhances SharePoint sites across the organization.
Evaluates learning effectiveness and improves content based on feedback and results.
Completes basic administrative activities within a learning management system.
