Job summary

Insight Global in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Instructional Designer for a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) in a 6 month contract-to-hire arrangement. Responsible for designing and delivering engaging e-learning content and materials across multiple delivery methods.

Collaborate with SMEs to identify training needs, leverage Articulate Storyline and Adobe Premiere Pro, and ensure alignment with ADDIE and LMS requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer.
• Bachelor’s Degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar field (REQ.).
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline to create and edit e-learning content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro to create and edit video content.
• Knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System.
• Proficiency with ADDIE or similar model; manage project from analysis through evaluation (REQ.).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain engaging learning activities and course content.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify training requirements and create/edit content.
• Use design methodologies and tools to develop training materials for multiple delivery methods.
• Analyze trends in learning technologies and relevant AI technologies to improve courses.
• Create and edit supporting media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games).
• Devise assessments to measure training effectiveness.
• Maintain project documentation and course folders.
• Review training library components periodically for consistency and quality.
