You will develop training assets across classroom, virtual, and self-paced formats while partnering with technology teams to translate complex concepts into measurable learning experiences. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years of instructional design experience.
• Broad knowledge of adult learning principles and practices.
• Extensive knowledge of ADDIE course design; familiarity with SAM or agile instructional design is a plus.
• Experience creating curriculum strategies and training plans for asynchronous and synchronous environments.
• Familiarity with graphic design, video editing, image manipulation, and formatting.
• Experience with technology adoption, system rollout, or change initiatives.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a remote team.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain eLearning experiences aligned to transformation priorities.
• Develop innovative eLearning modules across multiple modalities (videos, online courses, mobile learning).
• Translate complex subject matter into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Ensure courses meet program guidelines and remain relevant for learners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout development to maximize business impact.
• Review deliverables for completeness and quality before review rounds.
