Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the West Springfield, MA area. This hybrid role supports service sales, quoting, and order fulfillment for a defined territory while delivering an elevated customer experience through proactive outreach and accurate data management.

The successful candidate will manage quotes, process orders, and collaborate with Contracts and finance teams, leveraging CRM/ERP systems and industry knowledge to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years inside sales and customer service experience.
• Experience with CRMs/ERPs (C4C, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) required.
• MS Office proficiency with 50 WPM typing speed.

Responsibilities

• Bring in new customers while maintaining existing relationships to grow sales revenue.
• Understand service plan portfolio and product updates to upsell.
• Close sales and achieve targets with proven techniques.
• Prospect and qualify new opportunities using planned daily outreach.
