Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in West Springfield, MA seeks an Inside Sales Representative to own inquiries, quote-to-order processes, and customer support for a defined territory. You will drive service plan quotes, manage orders, and nurture relationships with customers and distributors in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 3–5 years in inside sales, a 4-year degree, CRM/ERP experience (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle), and strong MS Office skills, with Spanish as a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-Year Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in inside sales and customer service.
• Experience with CRMs and ERPs (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) is required.
• MS Office proficiency with minimum 50 WPM typing.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and coordinate quotation and order fulfillment.
• Serve as main contact for customers, distributors, and prospects.
• Quote service plans and manage order submissions and customer support.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and support contract renewals.
• Collaborate with Contracts team on pricing negotiations.
