Job summary

Secondary duties include developing beginner materials and supervising tasks. The position requires five years of training delivery experience, a degree in a related field, and LMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field
• Four years of relevant experience required
• Five years of experience delivering and facilitating training programs
• Five years of LMS experience and reporting

Responsibilities

• Facilitates training courseware and practice activities to ensure mastery of objectives
• Coordinates delivery and instruction of material for new and existing offerings
• Uses varied instructional strategies to engage learners
• Evaluates participant performance and coaches post-training
• Mentors team members to improve overall success and support company objectives
• Generates training reports for stakeholders and analyzes metrics
