Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Sales Training Manager to lead new hire onboarding, classroom instruction, and ongoing development for sales teams across Wyndham properties.

The role emphasizes coaching underperforming reps, driving full adoption of training programs, and deploying new collateral and technology to improve performance. You'll collaborate with Regional Directors, ensure 100% budgeted VPG by 90 days, and deliver consistent, proven training to elevate the guest experience across

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Club Wyndham and/or Wordmark sales experience.
• Front line and in-house sales experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Club Wyndham and Wordmark by Wyndham.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales reps to improve VPG and closing percentage.
• Coordinate JumpStart selections with Regional Director of Training.
• Provide follow-up coaching and ongoing education for new hires (90 days).
• Track month-end actions and report outcomes to leadership.
• Stay current with collateral and support new technology rollouts as SME.
