Job summary

Modern Woodmen of America is seeking a Technology Trainer to design, develop, and refresh practical training materials that help employees master daily tools. You will partner with IT and business teams to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging content and lead in-person or virtual training events.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in training or instructional design, with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, content creation, or related role.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refresh technology training materials such as videos, guides, and modules.
• Create Modern Woodmen-specific content that complements vendor training.
• Partner with IT and business teams to identify training needs and translate them into content.
• Collaborate to maintain training standards and practices at Modern Woodmen.
• Administer and support training platforms, ensure content is published and functional.
• Organize and maintain training materials for easy access and up-to-date content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead and conduct training for internal and external users via in-person or virtual events.
• Perform other duties as requested.
