Job summary

Arrow Electronics is hiring a Customer Sales Specialist in Denver, CO. You will be the daily contact for customers and suppliers, driving value-added solutions and managing the quote-to-order process.

In this role, you’ll support order fulfillment, pricing negotiations, and credit/financial coordination while building strong, long-term customer relationships. A hybrid work arrangement is available with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Incumbent demonstrates ability to navigate established procedures and apply formal training to own function.
• Candidate should be able to coordinate with internal/external resources to support customer needs.
• Experience in sales or account management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall account relationship and maximize margins.
• Provide customer service and support, including quoting, fulfilling demand, and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Act as liaison between suppliers and customers to build long-term partnerships.
• Develop and manage customer strategy within assigned territory.
