You’ll support quote development, pricing decisions, and the Order to Invoice process while ensuring customer satisfaction and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree typically required.
• 2–4 years of related experience or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of pricing, quoting and credit processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall account relationships and maximize margins.
• Coordinate quotes, orders, and delivery to ensure on-time performance.
• Provide engineering support and troubleshoot customer issues.
• liaise between suppliers and customers to build partnerships.
• Drive quote-to-order activity and manage price changes.
