Qualifications

• Two years of high-volume customer service or inside sales experience.
• Comfort with high outbound calling and maintaining energy.
• Strong phone presence and rapport-building skills.
• Basic CRM knowledge and disciplined activity logging.
• Ambition to grow in sales and real estate.
• Coachable and growth-oriented with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound leads while executing outbound calls and emails daily.
• Build rapport and quickly gather information to transfer qualified buyers.
• Identify qualified customers and transfer them to a licensed agent at the right moment.
• Log all activity, outcomes, and lead statuses in the CRM in real time.
• Follow established scripts while bringing energy and personality to interactions.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (volume, contact rate, conversions).
• Collaborate with team leads and agents to refine lead handling strategies.
